We take support seriously. Every set of Eargos comes with lifetime support because we believe in hearing without compromise (and that includes any help you may need). We offer multiple support channels to make it convenient for our customers to reach us in the manner in which they prefer.

Did you know that our US based team answers 90% of calls in 60 seconds or less? And in most cases, we have resolved their issue in under 10 minutes so they can get back to hearing life to the fullest quickly.

Prefer email? We also offer support through email, and many of our customers use this channel when they need assistance. We consistently respond to customer emails within 24 hours, and in most cases we are able to provide what the customer needs in just one email. 

Through our Live Chat channel, our customers receive a response within just a few minutes and, if appropriate, they can leverage our self service tools to get the answer even faster.
